Can you hold machining tolerances on machine bases?

Machining scope can be coordinated where a drawing calls for bored mounting faces, levelling pads, or guide seats. Share the tolerance expectation up front because it changes the process plan.

Do you take repeat batch work for OEMs?

Yes. Machine frames, bases, and equipment steel can be planned for one-off assemblies or repeat batches with consistent process and dispatch handling.

What drawings do you need for a machine frame?

Assembly or GA drawings, mounting points, load context, steel grade, finish requirement, and delivery plan. Mounting-point accuracy matters most, so flag it clearly.

How heavy can the assemblies be?

The Chakan floor runs 10MT overhead crane handling, which covers heavier machine frames, equipment bases, and plant-side assemblies through fit-up and loading.
