Bending and rolling job work

Plate bending and rolling job work in Pune and Chakan.

Naxos Commodities takes press brake bending, plate rolling, and forming job work from Chakan. Share drawings with steel grade, thickness, and bend radius, and we plan forming around downstream welding and assembly.

Questions buyers ask.

What do you need to quote bending or rolling work?

Steel grade, thickness, bend radius, developed length, and quantity. Those four decide whether the geometry is achievable before anything is priced or scheduled.

Can you roll cylinders and cones?

Rolled sections such as cylinders, cones, and curved members can be planned. Send the drawing with diameter, thickness, and grade so the setup and feasibility can be reviewed.

Do you weld the formed parts afterwards?

Yes. Forming is planned with the downstream fit-up, weld access, and assembly sequence in view, so parts do not need to move to a second shop.

Is there a minimum order for forming job work?

One-off parts and repeat batches are both workable. Share the quantity early because it affects tooling setup and how the job is planned.

Next steps.

Forming that fits the next step

Because bending and rolling flow into our own fit-up and welding, formed parts can be assembled in the same shop instead of shipped out again.

Send geometry early

Bend radius, thickness, and grade decide feasibility. Sharing them up front avoids surprises before pricing or scheduling forming job work.
