What file formats do you need for plasma cutting job work?
DXF or DWG files work best because they can be nested directly. A dimensioned PDF or a marked drawing also works, but a CAD file avoids re-drawing time and reduces the chance of a dimension being misread.
What plate thickness can you cut?
MS plate up to 20 mm on the CNC plasma table, and up to 150 mm on oxy-fuel for heavy plate. Final feasibility depends on the geometry, grade, and edge quality you need, so send the drawing for a check.
Do you take small or one-off cutting jobs?
Yes. Job work covers one-off profiles and repeat batches. Share the quantity up front so nesting and material use can be planned around your actual run size.
Can you do the welding and fabrication after cutting?
Yes. Cutting, fit-up, welding, bending, and finishing run in the same Chakan facility, so cut parts can continue straight into fabrication instead of moving to another vendor.
